The contemporary and beautifully appointed Visitor’s Centre houses ‘The Scullery’ a comfortable and welcoming cafe offering a home cooked and freshly prepared menu with a Lancashire theme and a charming gift shop offering a range of horsey and rurally themed choices.
The Scullery Cafe has been awarded a Food Hygiene rating of five stars from the Food Standards Agency and a Taste Lancashire Award for delivering the highest quality, locally sourced food and drink and excellent customer service and warmth.
Sharing the space is a farm shop stacked full of tempting preserves, cheeses, seasonal produce and culinary ‘must haves’.
Our second floor offers a resource library – great for school projects and more advanced research plus a learning zone that offers an area for children to enjoy and hosts a programme of fun activities and Tommy Trotter Club events throughout the year.
With easy access from the disabled car park and a lift, this space is accessible for all ages and abilities.
