Enjoy a spook filled Halloween at Shores Hey Farm

Shores Hey Farm are hosting a range of Halloween activities for families to enjoy over half term, all to raise funds for the Charity.

Starting on Saturday 19th October with Tommy Trotter’s Halloween Trail, which runs all week during opening hours (11am-4pm), young guests can go on a voyage of spooky discovery with a specially crafted worksheet and prize at the end, all for just £3 per person.

Sunday 20th from 12 noon, sees the return of the popular Halloween Novelty Dog Show, with classes for all canine shapes and sizes and a Halloween Fancy Dress Round, come join the fun at £3 per class.

From Monday 21st through to Sunday 27th, whilst stocks last, you can enjoy a free cup of our tasty homemade Pumpkin Soup prepared by The Café Chefs.

Younger visitors may enjoy participating in the craft sessions held throughout the week, Monday and Tuesday is Drop in Paint a Pony from 12-3pm, at just £2 per person, Thursday is Spooky Crafts and Face Painting from 12-3pm, at just £6 per person.

On Wednesday for ages 7+ Own a Pony Day is back, come and learn about what it really takes to look after a pony with a host of practical activities for just £35 per child, pre-booking is required on 01282 455992.

On Thursday and Saturday the Equine Team perform their ridden display Spider Horse in the Arena at 1.30pm, a sight to behold as he reprehends the ‘naughty ponies’.

The week concludes on Friday 25th with the gorgeously gruesome Helga Ratmusher’s Party for ages three and above, at 11am-1pm, for £9.95 per guest including party lunch, games and fancy dress competition, pre-booking is required on 01282 455992.. Finally, the dastardly Murder Mystery in the evening for adult guests which is already a sell-out!
