As a Café Assistant you will assist the Restaurant Supervisor to deliver high standards through excellent customer service and knowledge of our Lancashire menu. You’ll be responsible for providing our visitors with the highest standards of customer service & ensuring that HAPPA objectives are delivered at all times.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to make a difference. Someone who is self-motivated and has a real passion for customer service. Experience in a similar role is preferred but it’s your people skills, your flexibility, your positive and happy demeanour your work ethic that will really set you apart.
You will be working 12 hours per week on a rolling rota system. Closing date Monday 19th August 2019.
Weekend Equine Care Officer (6 month fixed term)
To provide high quality care to resident equines under the guidance of the Senior Equine Care Team, candidates will have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the specific needs of equines on a rehabilitation programme.
You will be an experienced equine handler with sound stable management skills and the ability to communicate confidently and work closely and supportively with other work colleagues and the general public.
As a Weekend Equine Care Officer you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday alternate weekends, 8am-4.30pm. Closing date Monday 19th August 2019.
HAPPA Shores Hey Farm is a registered charity in England and Wales specialising in the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of neglected and abused equines. Winner of Marketing Lancashire Small Visitor Attraction Award 2017; the site is beginning to develop into a tourist attraction with all profits going towards looking after the equines in our care.
